ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance.

TiddliBoom.com reserves the right to refuse any order.

A valid order is any order that is submitted and paid through this website with correct information and correct shipping details added. Any order with erroneous information may be ignored.

If, for whatever reason, TiddliBoom.com does not accept your order, you will be notified at earliest possible occasion, or at latest within five working days from the order date by the e-mail address you have provided with instructions.

For the purposes of all discussions, the date of order is the day that payment clears.

SHIPPING

Tiddliboom.com is presently shipping within USA only. For customers in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, please visit TiddliBoom.se.

TiddliBoom.com will ship your order within 5 working days from the date of order.

We ship using United State Postal Service (USPS).

Customers are responsible for any tax and customs duties and regulations that may apply.

TiddliBoom.com can not be held responsible for non delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address information.

TiddliBoom.com can not be held responsible for damage, delay, loss or any other inconvenience caused by a third party.

Cancellation

All TiddliBoom.com payment transactions enter credit card processing immediately, and TiddliBoom.com cannot revise or cancel orders.

DELIVERY TIME :

The printing will start at latest two working days after the receipt of the order and payment. Normally, the finished product will arrive to the destination within 5 days thereafter.

PRICES.

We only accept payment in US Dollar (USD) by VISA, JCB; Amex, MasterCard and PayPal by our payment gatewat ccnow.com. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time. However, you will be charged the price in effect at the time you placed your order

Returns

Due the nature of the t-shirts, i.e. customer specific sizes and prints, we only accept returns if the t-shirt and/or the print is damaged or defective. If that is the case, the t-shirt has to arrive to us 7 days after receipt, return shipping costs paid by the customer. If we agree to the claim, we will first of all compensate the customer within 7 days with a new t-shirt along with the customer's expenses for shipping costs.

All shipping costs, including custom fees and other expenditures will be covered in advance by the customer.

Goods will be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery in the original packing along with the order/receipt.

In case of non delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address information TiddliBoom.com will notify the customer not later than five working days after the return of the goods to TiddliBoom.com assuming that other contact information such as telephone number or e-mail address is correct.

Payments received for goods returned for reasons of non delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address information will be refunded after deduction of all shipping charges and a non delivery cancellation fee of 25% of the order value (excl. shipping).

In case when reimbursement is granted due to our non-acceptance of the order, you will receive an e-mail not later than five working days from the date of order with instructions.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be given at the discretion of TiddliBoom.com's management

LEGAL MATTERS

In case something goes very wrong, we think that it's best to reach an understanding as civilized, grown up people. In case that fails, let's cool down for a week and try again. If, God forbid, the second attempt fails too, any law suit should be filed to a Swedish court of law.
