If you're unsure about the size you need: Get a ruler, find a t-shirt (or any other sweater or shirt) that you like the size of, measure and compare with the figures in the table below. If you end up between two sizes, you're usually better off if you pick the bigger of them.

- Before washing, always turn the t-shirt inside-out to prevent the print from rubbing against other garments and machine surfaces.
- Don’t wash in hot water. Use cold or luke warm water only.
- Don’t use detergents with bleach, e.g. special ones for white laundry, or bleach in any other form like e.g. chlorine.
- Don’t tumble dry or hang to dry in hot air drying cabinets. Let it dry in room temperature.
- Don’t wring the t-shirt.
- Don’t use hot iron on the print.
- IN SHORT: Heat and abrasion may damage the print. That’s all.
